1. Program Enrollment

Enrollment into an FDE Program is subject to:

• Successful completion of the application process
• Meeting eligibility criteria
• Performance in any applicable assessments or interviews
• Payment of applicable program fees

Admission to the program is selective and is not guaranteed upon submission of an application.

2. Application and Registration Fees

Application or registration fees paid during the admissions process:

• Are non-refundable
• May be adjusted against the total program fee upon acceptance
• Do not guarantee admission into the program

3. Program Fees and Payment

All enrolled learners are required to:

• Pay the program fee in accordance with the agreed payment schedule
• Complete payments through approved payment gateways or financing partners
• Comply with EMI or loan repayment terms if financing is opted

Failure to complete payments within the stipulated timelines may result in:

• Suspension of access to learning platforms
• Delay in academic services
• Cancellation of enrollment

4. Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Program fees may be refundable only if the learner withdraws prior to the official program start date. No refunds shall be issued after the commencement of the program. Application fees, administrative fees, or any third-party charges are non-refundable.

5. Program Participation

Learners are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions
• Complete academic assessments
• Adhere to project submission timelines
• Maintain professional conduct throughout the program

Failure to meet academic or conduct standards may result in:

• Academic review
• Suspension
• Removal from the program

6. Career Support

The FDE Program may provide career support services including:

• Resume review
• Interview preparation
• Employer networking opportunities
• Hiring partner introductions

Such services are intended to support career outcomes but do not constitute or imply job placement guarantees.

7. Intellectual Property

All academic content including course materials, assignments, assessments, recorded sessions, and program frameworks are the intellectual property of NetPy Technologies and may not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or commercially used without prior written consent.

8. Use of Platform

Access to FDE Program learning platforms is provided solely for personal educational use, is non-transferable, and is subject to continued compliance with these Terms. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or content access may result in termination of platform access.

9. Changes to Program

The FDE Program reserves the right to modify program schedules, update curriculum, change faculty or mentors, reschedule sessions, or revise delivery formats based on academic or operational requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

The FDE Program shall not be held liable for career outcomes, employment opportunities, salary expectations, or hiring partner decisions. Participation in the program does not guarantee employment or compensation outcomes.

11. Policy Updates

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect legal, academic, or operational changes. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
